Guests at 605 Rooster Hive receive a guided pheasant hunt, lunch, field transportation and bird processing. Our guides have dogs, but if you have a furry friend who likes to hunt we welcome them too! We require groups of 10 or more to book. $150 deposit is due at time of booking.

Purchase through South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks website. You will need to create an account and purchase a small game hunting license. We are not a preserve.

If you're lucky, you'll experience all four seasons while you're here! The weather can vary so we recommend you bring plenty of layers so you can adjust as needed to stay comfortable throughout your hunt. Bring comfortable/waterproof hunting boots, warm socks , shooting gloves and a stocking hat. Sticker proof pants and foot warmers are always a bonus. Don't forget to bring your blaze orange!

Yes, bird processing is included in your price. Birds are returned the day after your hunt frozen and processed.

We primarily offer guided pheasant hunts. If you are interested in grouse or prairie chicken hunts give us a call to discuss these opportunities.

All hunters will be required to sign a release of liability prior to hunting.
